Axefx as soundcard questions

Hey so Ive been loving my axe fx but got one quick questipn.

Im running my axe II as my computers sound card and listening through headphones. So is there a way to pan all audio on coming in through usb hard left and right? Like on a permanent basis oitside of DAWs.

And another question but not as important:how do you get the 2 sets of stereo tracks (stereo dry and stereo signal chain) through a DAW like reaper?

And if it matter I use an HP laptop and windows 7.

Not sure on your first question, but to get both output and dry tracks in reaper, you need to set the input preferences in
reaper to the axe as inputs 1-4.

Add new tracks and set one as input 1 & 2 for output and another track as inputs 3 & 4 for stereo dry tracks.
