I honestly don't know. I have a GK-1 without the preamp section someone sent me to check out, and I've opened it up just out of curiosity. But I don't own a proper GK and haven't done any comparison. People with both who've compared the tracking say they're comparable, so I'd guess the cross talk is similar. All else being equal, the GK has much weaker coils and magnets so the pickup field is narrower, so they should have better separation. Then again, all else is NOT equal-- there are key differences in design other than the number of turns per coil that also make a significant difference. So it would take a head-to-head comparison to know for sure.
