Axe Repair turnaround time

I sent my AxeFX II for repair about a week ago, I was just wondering if anyone else sent their unit back to Fractal for repair? If so how long has been the general wait before you heard anything?
I am one of the guys that stuck the USB plug into the MFC slot.
I hope the wait is not months, and that it is an easy fix.

They are usually very quick. I have not personally sent anything back but most who have posted here have done so because they were amazed at how fast FAS took care of them. Hopefully others will chime in with some examples but I wouldn't worry if I was you. It won't be months.

How much did they charge you?? I might need to send my Axe FX II to fractal for other repairs also.

Yeah - I found their repair service to be exceptional, quick and affordable.

Mine took less than a week. Outstanding customer service from these guys. They kick ass.
