Axe-Mission Ultra Wah

Cool. Your two YouTube links in your post are the same. Great playing and touch. You do have the shred, and you do have it down GOOD. Dig your stuff, lots of fun to listen too.

Nice (wah) sound. Played well!

Slight criticism (sorry): the solo seems to be built upon "tricks" mainly (like harmonics, whammy bar and tapping). With your skills I'd love to hear fluent melody lines. Just my two cents really. I play worse. ;-)

Did you mean to send this post to Steve Vai? ;)

What are your wah settings on the Axe FX? It sounds killer and I've been struggling to get a good wah tone.

From another thread:

Below are the settings for my wah sound for the Axe Fx Ultra:
I wanted to emulate the Fulltone "Clyde" wah
TYPE: Bandpass
FMIN: 369hz
FMAX: 2369hz
RED: 4.17
TRACK: 5.08

Here's two videos...I fixed the links, thanks Scott!
I'm using the Mission Engineering SP1-R to trigger the wah in the Axe Fx Ultra.
The Mission SP1, SP1-R is an awesome pedal for anyone using the Axe Fx.
It feels like I'm using an old broken in Crybaby but sounds like a Clyde.
Check it out and tell me what you think.
More Vids to follow.
All comments are appreciated.
Thanks,
Shred

Yek,

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate you taking the time to provide constructive opinions!
I know what you mean, my next video/jam will have more of what you've requested, more long runs and alternate picking stuff!
Thanks,
Shred

Just watched your 2nd video for the 1st time, loved it!

P.S. A nice touch that your guitar matches the color of your sweater, or is it the other way around?
