Axe II won't load any presets.

Hello all. I recently acquired an Axe II and I'm having some troubles already. I made a preset earlier and it worked fine, sounded great. I turn on the Axe later and now the screen is messed up and all of my presets don't have any amps(all effects in line as they should be in the layout) and I have no sound after I reinsert my amps and complete the chain into any preset. The names of all of my presets have mixed letters and don't spell out the preset name properly either. Please help!

Wow. I think maybe a system reset might be called for..... but maybe wait a while to see if someone else has experienced this and can direct you better.

Have you updated the Firmware lately?

Shoot an email to support. Sounds like the internal battery is at fault.

Same issue here. I notified support today, but have not heard back yet.
