How do I set up output 1 (FOH) to have the power amp and speaker modeling and an outher output, say 4 to not have any power amp or speaker modeling?
 
That's not something you could do "globally"... It would require you to create presets with a specific setup and routing and using 2 Amp blocks.

You can disable Power Amp and Cab modeling globally but not per Output.

For the Power Amp modeling to be off for a given Amp block, set Supply Sag to 0.

For Cab modeling off, route the output from before the Cab block to your alternate Output block.

This whole process may not work for you as it will require you to have 2 Amp blocks plus to distinct post Amp effects chains.
