Consider it the "pro" version. Really, it's meant for power users. Completely understandable. Some excellent features. Does not in any way make the II irrelevant.

I've got a feeling that since the Edge has been spotted using one recently and to date has had a rig the size of a small house, fractal have changed some stuff to accommodate pro players like him. Just a guess! I love the forum.

This is not prosumer vs pro. It's not like your comparing I nikon d7000 to a d800 or d4. Not even close. This is like buying a ram upgrade on a computer from the factory but calling it a different model because you had an upgrade... If you're doing something like this, it should be offered as an upgrade... But it's a bit of a pointless upgrade to buy a whole new unit if you already own one... Using the same analogy, you wouldn't buy a new computer because you wanted a ram upgrade and another two USB ports. As someone else noted. I'll vote with my dollars and not be purchasing this round.
