Axe FX II with Apollo quad SPDIF help (sample rate)

Long story short.... I had the Ultra, then the Axe Fx II, then the kemper....
and now I'm back for good with the Axe FX II.

I want to re-amp most of the guitars we did on our songs.
All of my projects are in cubase 7.5 at 44.1. If I'm right the axe fx II
is at 48? I'm not very good at sample rate or numbers but can I leave my project at
44.1 (don't want to mess everything up) and use the axe fx trough spdif in my apollo quad??

The Axefx only works at 48 khz.

Hey

Have you tested Asio4all drivers ,whit Cubase already? If I remember right those drivers ,will not screw tone quality if you want keep your project 44.1 kHz. Link for drivers are below.

I'm on mac.... not sure ASIO would do anything for me!

OK i have windows ,i don't know how that works whit mac. Lets hope someone who have mac too ,can help you solved that problem.
