Axe FX II to audacity recording question

Hi team, I'm trying to record a track with 2x outputs (dry and with effects) using an axe fx 2 to audacity.

What is the best way to do this to achieve both the tracks?

By "dry and with effects", do you mean have the amp+cab sound going out one Output and the reverb,delay,etc. going through another Output? If this, look up "wet dry wet" setups.

Or do you mean the raw signal from the guitar and the sounds created by the Axe FX (Giving you the ability to re-amp)? If this, follow Chris's instructions.
