Axe Fx II/Logic Pro X Midi Conflict

I'm having trouble with using my Axe Fx II and Logic Pro X together. Mainly, when I open logic, it will begin flashing the Loop function on and off to (what I think) is the tempo of the Axe Fx. I'm totally brand new to Logic, and just trying it out, but I don't have this problem with other DAW's that I work with (Pro Tools, Studio One). I'm on MacOS 10.12.6.

I tried to do a little googling but didn't seem to find anything on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
 
I use the XL+ with Logic X 10.4.1 (latest update) and never had that issue before...
