Axe FX II Latency Help

I just got my AXE FX 2...But..he latency is bad in presonus studio one and i need to change the buffer size i think. When i change USB Streaming Mode i get error : the requested operation cannot be performed because ASIO is currently in use. Please close any active application and try again. ??? can someone please help me.
