Axe Edit not obtaining correct data with custom MFC Scene IA ON/OFF

I have been using all 8 scenes on my MFC recently and have programmed the IA switch controlling scene 7 to trigger scene 3 when it is pressed a second time. This works great, however when recalling a new patch using Axe Edit, the hardware will be set to scene 3 while Axe Edit displays scene 1.

OSX
Axe Edit v3.00.06
Axe Fx II FW 13.07
MFC 101 FW 3.00
Axe FX Mode
Totalsync ON

Steps to reproduce:

Program the MFC to select between 2 scenes with an IA switch as follows:

Set IA switch to NONE and CC# 34.
Set the ON value to 006 (scene 7) and the OFF value to 002 (scene 3).

This IA should now select scene 7 when pressed and then scene 3 when pressed again.

Open Axe Edit. Choose a different patch from the preset list.

Axe Edit will recall the new patch and display scene 1. However, the hardware will be set to scene 3.

If another IA switch is programmed with an ON value of Scene 8 and an OFF value of another scene, this will take priority and it's OFF value will be the scene displayed on the hardware.

For the moment, I have been using a workaround of having my scene 8 IA OFF value set to trigger scene 1, so that the hardware recalls scene 1 when Axe Edit loads a patch.
