Axe Edit not connecting after firmware downgrade

Hello all:

I recently downgraded from firmware 18.12 to 13.02. I wasn't enjoying the new tones that much.
To go to 18.12, I need version 3.1 of the Axe Edit. I upgraded to that.
Upon downgrading the firmware, I removed Axe Edit 3.1 from my computer and reinstalled Axe Edit 3.0.2
I presume there might be some extra driver to load. Do I need to re-download some older driver for it to work.

I upgraded last night and decided today to downgrade.
I reloaded the 13.02 firmware plus the system.syx file backup I made before the whole firmware upgrade.

What else would I be missing here?

Ok, so does the AxeFX appears in AxeEdit settings ?
If no, it's a driver problem, just reinstall the drivers (the latest ones)
 
After downloading the latest driver, it didn't work.
But then when I went into the settings menu, i found I had to manually set the Midi IN and OUT port for the Axe FX. It did not automatically detect the unit.
Once I did that, it started working.
