Axe Edit cant copy preset from one location to another

Axe Edit 3.13.2 cant copy preset from one location to another
Cant copy multiple presets from one location to another either.

I've got quantum 7.01 and all other latest versions, but this issue was happening before I upgraded, and now its still happening after.

What am I doing wrong?

When I click on tools -> axe manage presets
Then try and drag a preset to a new empty preset spot, it fails.
I've been doing some more testing it appears to be copying the preset, but not the name of the preset.
Copying multiple presets fails completely, nothing copied across at all

Now it's not even copying the preset across or name.
I wonder if preset number offset to 1, needs to be switched off?
 
Figured it out, I had to go in and reset the axe fx, delete all presets and cabs ... then it was happy again
