Hi! About 3 years ago my first AX8 got bricked, I tried everything, reinstalling firmware, recovery mode, etc. contacted support and there’s no viable option to send it on mail for me.
Recently I found a website provided by some thread here, with a folder containing some utility files, and there’s a file named:
AX8_uC_rev3.syx
I ask chat gpt what it was, it says its a file to boot the system normally and something related with the dsp and flash etc. You can send it with fractal bot.
Are you guys on support have the knowledge if this file can be used and maybe fix something with the device itself? I already have a second unit but all my 8 years of stuff and presets are there inside. Thanks for the help though!
