ax fx II problems with pro tools 12.6

I can't seem to get pro tools to work with my fractal ax fx II. Tried trashing preferences. pt sees playback engine as fractal but I get no signal in and it keeps telling me my hardware buffer size is not compatible, which it is compatible so I'm lost. any suggestions?

Might be 12.6

I had similar issues and reverted to 12.5 for now.

I get tech support from a retailer I buy through and they recommended holding off on 12.6 for me for now.

Could be unrelated but I tried, unsuccessfully, to go to 12.6 last week.

Also on Win 10.

On windows 10 make sure your Audio > Playback devices are not using your DAW as playback

12.5 is note available in my account for some reason. 12,5,2 is having issues instlling

Try adjusting the buffer size in the FASUSBAudio Control Panel. I've had to mess with the buffer size and streaming settings a few times to get them to work with Pro Tools. I recently got the Win10 Anniversary update and it forgot my installed peripherals and reset all of their settings, including my AxeFX. ProTools suddenly wouldn't work with it until I changed the settings back to something compatible.
