AX-8 (Wha effect triggering alone)

Hello friends!
I need your help.

My AX8 is firing (activating) the WAH pedal alone, even without me even having a pedal to control.
This happens in any preset.

What could be happening?

If you're using the factory presets, many of them use the External Controller #1. If you don't have a pedal, you can go to SETUP > I/O > CTRL and set EXTERNAL 1 to NONE. That will prevent the wah from Auto-Engaging in factory presets with no pedal present.

It's because I'm new with Fractal effects, so the interface for me is still not very friendly! Rs If this is a short one, will not I be able to use the Wah Pedal filters on any patches? If I enable the Wah Pedal, even off, can it call itself?
 
If you have a wah block in your preset controlled by a pedal without having one connected it can engage itself. To prevent this either
  1. Follow the above suggestion to disable the external pedal
  2. Connect and calibrate a pedal
  3. Disable the wah block
  4. Delete the wah block
