Austin Buddy FM9 Layout quick question about factory presets Amp Control not responding

Been meaning to ask this as I can't seem to figure it out.
I have the AB FM layout loaded and it works perfect with the AB presets.

It does work with the Factory presets with (Presets/Efx/Scenes).
Does not respond with AMP Control CS switches.

Any ideas here?

Thanks.

The AB Presets have been configurered with the CSx switches assigned to control amp parameters like boost, fat, bright, etc... The factory presets don't have this unless you assign those yourselves.
You can see in FMEdit on the Amp block pages how AB configured this and compare to the factory presets.

It kind of looks the same to me when I compare, as if it should work.
Here is the FC-EDIT screen on Amp Control on the 59 Bassguy.

It takes more than having it assigned in the layout, it needs to be defined in the Amp block in the preset too.

Typically we’d copy the factory preset to a different slot, then add CS 3 to control that switch in the Amp block. If you’re not sure how to do that it’s described in the manual.
