Atomic FR Protective Cover

The brown padded cover I ordered from Studio Slips for my Atomic Reactor fits like a glove.

They already offer slips for the Atomic FR, the black ones are $ 85 and the brown ones $ 90. Hmm, maybe I'll have two brown ones send to Germany....

sorry for the poor images.
i ended up going with the pocket on side.
Offset handles perfectly center the amp while carrying- shoulder strap included.
 
hey mike,
did you have to give studio slips special instructions regarding the offset handles or are they all going to be made that way. also, did you say something about a shoulder strap?

Jack,
I did request the handles to be offset by 3".
I put a broom handle under the handles of the Atomic and lifted to find it's center.
Shoulder strap came with the bag. Seems strong enough to use.

Nice. I like it- very comfortable for transporting. Now i can carry the axefx and Reacor FR at the same time...huge in my book!
I wont need to wrap the Reactor in a poncho moving it to tonights gig-(it's raining on the east coast) I've had to do that these past 3 weeks with the seasonal weather we've been having...and one less trip to the van. these small things please me :P
funny- it used to be about how much gear i had....now it's all about efficiency.

Susan from Studio Slips here. Thanks to everybody for working with us to figure out how best to protect your Atomic FR's. There's a bit of confusion about which of our gig bags to order.

If you want the bag to be fully enclosed - no handle openings - with the webbed handles and shoulder strap offset for balance like Mike Snider got, please order the Briefcase Gig Bag.

If you want to have handle openings so you carry the bag by the handles on the amp, order the Clamshell Gig Bag.

We always send out our confirmation letter asking you to confirm dimensions so please be patient with us if this seems redundant. You'd be surprised how many people have ordered the wrong model or the wrong product so we check to avoid bummers.
