Does the active CLR wedge allow you to run Axe-fx into input 1 and feed it to the FOH as well as run an acoustic guitar into input 2, while NOT sending input 2 to FOH? I'd like to be able to monitor both my axe fx and acoustic, but send my acoustic on a separate channel from my electric so the FOH engineer can control them independently.

I know it's possible to run acoustic Guit through my axefx but I'm not interested in doing that. I run my acoustics through a para DI and was thinking I could send my XLR out to FOH, but 1/4" output into input 2 on the CLR for monitoring.
 
Probably best to send the FOH axe signal from the axe itself, rather than the CLR. I'm pretty sure the CLR through will send the acoustic if its in input 2.
 
Hi urowinner,

The Link switch on the CLR allows you to send Ch 1 , Ch 2 or a mix of both channels to the Link Output. So yes, you can do what you are asking about.
