i checked this by connecting Out1 to Rear in1, playing a sound on ableton live(also on reaper), and recording it on a different track at the same time. the recorded sound was off by about 2ms (blank preset, global bypass). this is ok as i can offset the latency on the daw, but as i start to add: fx, amp, cab, to the grid, the latency rises :shock.
i also tried different usb streaming modes and ASIO buffer sizes, the lowest latency size acts about the same as the highest.
im on windows 7 x64.
edit: when adding fx to the grid, the global bypass also was engaged.
