Are the Humbuster outputs balanced ?

Tonight, I'm going to run an acoustic guitar out of output 3 into the mic pre of our mixing desk. I'm using a TRS to XLR cable.

Will this work like a normal balanced connection, or will it just be regular unbalanced? Will I have any noise issues due to the cable used?

Yes, works balanced as normal.
Yeah, I noticed that it didn't give me any excessive noise or ground loops at least. Still curious to if the circuit can switch between humbuster to regular balance just by detecting what it's connected to at the other end.

Hi guitarnerdswe,
It’s not balanced but will work fine the way you are using it.
Thanks

Humbuster technolgy works with unbalanced inputs. When connected to balanced inputs or through a TS or standard TRS cable it function as standard unbalanced outputs.

Since your input is balanced it's's unlikely to cause ground loop noise anyway, which is what humbuster eliminates. If noise had been an issue, the XLR outputs on the III would be the best choice.
