Apex Theory/Mt. Helium

Does anyone know how to recreate a guitar tone close to the delay tone of The Apex Theory/Mt. Helium song "Pins"?

I can't figure out how to recreate it. During the verse and the chorus of that song is mainly what i am referring to.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
