anything like jamvox but just software?

Is there anything like jamvox out there where you can remove the guitar portion of an mp3 and play the guitar yourself to your favorite songs? I don't like that you have to have this jamvox monitor attached all the time. I did a search and I can't find anything else like it.

I see cool. There's no way for me to test the jamvox but by clips I've heard it seems pretty good at removing the guitar solo parts. Can it remove rhythm also or just leads? how exactly does it work I know it removes frequencies but can it be set to remove all guitars? and how well does it remove guitar parts in general?

Looking on line the price is $129.00. Is that $75.00 a special or used item?

It was in their January Sale flyer. To answer the question above, I've only used it to remove the lead guitar, it can also isolate the lead guitar and slow it down without changing the pitch. You can also use it to remove the vocals. I'm not sure if you can take out the rhythm parts. Overall, has worked pretty good on the tracks I've imported into it so far. Some better than others.
