the AX8 is now kind of been obsoleted by the fact that the Sharc chips are no longer available.

Wait...what? Did anyone tell Line6 that they're going to have to stop making the Helix because of that? As far as I know, they both use the same CPUs.

I'm watching and entertained, yet mildly stressed and irritated that I must do this.

In my 11th yr using Fractal stuff, I know I'll buy the next gen AX8 type product. It's not IF, it's WHEN for me, for all practical purposes.

I know from experience that if you're even a few hours late to the wait list party it could mean MONTHS of extra waiting. Then all the guys who beat me to it get their units first and gloat all over the forum.

I know, I know... like get a REAL problem man!

But I also know I'm not the only one here with wait list anxiety disorder aka F5-itus.
