Anybody doing Skype guitar lessons?

I'm thinking about offering guitar lessons/consults via Skype. Does anybody have any wisdom to share re technology requirements? Pricing? Etc? I'm pretty sure a laptop webcam and mic ain't gonna cut it.

I used to do Skype lessons with Chris Buono from truefire.
I just had a laptop and a Logitech hd 720 webcam and decent wifi. Worked fine.
Pricing worked out pretty much the same as regular lessons.
Did them got a year it do but had to quit because of new kids arriving so couldn't commit to definate time each week.

When I took lessons I bought a generic HD Camera from Wal Mart and bought this as well....Nady MM-141 4-Channel Mini Mixer | GuitarCenter.

So I could hook my mic and axe fx up to it and control what levels the person on the other end could hear.
