Any news on the EV-2 pedal

I recall some time ago, there was discussion that Larry Mitchell was recording a video and was using a prototype mini expression pedal identified as an EV-2

Since then, no word, no news. Any hope to be released? While I am please with my EV-1, I would like to pair it with a smaller pedal. DOD is releasing shortly a mini expression pedal that appears to be sturdy.

I would rather get the FAS product but is such a product in the works for a release soon?

@FractalAudio chimed in on a thread about them last week -- ETA is still a few months out as they're working on the dies and what not for them IIRC.
