(We all know the Axe FX 2 is top of the line already, I mean The Edge, Metallica, Dweezil Zappa, etc.. So I am gonna say a few words about their customer support)
I bought the MFC-edit program today, but couldn't for the life of me enter the license key. Emailed support (on a Saturday evening), got answered within short from Mark Day's iPhone (yep, that's the guy with the cool YouTubes and the kickass Lifeson Les Paul). Mark referred me to Gary, who has spent a couple of hours assisting me - and finally solving the problem. Here in Norway it's in the middle of the night, while over in the US it's late Saturday evening.
Come on. What other product can showcase this kind of dedication to their customers? It's awesome. Cliff, you are obviously a very technologically gifted person - but you do also know a thing or two about how a business should be run. Respect! :encouragement:
