amp blocks are no longer visible in axe edit weird

when i open a normal preset in axe edit i can no longer change or view the amp block so unless i look into the axe fx lcd screen i have no idea what amp block it is i tried different presets i restarted everything at least 3 x i am lost any body have any ideas

try the Settings Menu then Refresh after FW. wait for it to finish.

yeah i tried that im gonna try re-installing axe-edit
