Have any of you gigged with another guitarist using an amp/cab rig being mic'd while you are run direct with the Axe FX?

I have a festival date coming up soon and I am not quite sure how I want to run things. I am bringing a Matrix/4x12 but also using an EV for monitoring if needed. The other guitarist is using a Mark V.
