Alternative to pitch block to recreate Mimiq

Has anyone come up with a good method of recreating the Mimiq pedal without using a pitch block on the FM9? I've been using the pitch method from Cooper's Petrucci Rig preset. I am considering trading my III for the FM9, but the problem is I like having the pitch Mimiq and another pitch block for the virtual capo.
