All Access: help setting up scenes and IA switches

i need to set up the rocktron all access so that bank up/down scroll through presets, switches 1/5 change scenes within the selected preset and switches 6/15 work as fx block on/off. Has anybody been through this process yet? Can you shed some light? I need to do this quite quickly as I'm going on tour in 2 weeks and my main rig has become unreliable showing all kinds of problems over the last couple weekends.

Pit it into a bank of 1, set your CC and you should be good to go
