Afterall is FX8 noise or not in 4CM?

Hi guys how are you? I have read tons of threads about this issue but came to no conclusion at all!
Is the FX8 a noise unit in 4CM due to being powered by AC (external cord) and not DC? Why Fractal designed like that when you have no issue with other units (e.g. Boss GT-10)?
Is humbuster really necessary? Can't expensive regular Mogami cables handle the noise.

Hi,
I use the FX8 in 4CM with my Friedman BE-100 Tube Amp and its dead quiet ( I use the input gate and a gate block after the Amp´s fx send) The noise i hear when the gate is not engaged comes from the Amp or guitar pickups. The Amp and the FX8 are connected to the same outlet (important!).
I only get noise when the FX8 is connected to my computer via USB (computer connected to different outlet).
This is absolut normal behaviour : ground hum .
