AE 3.1.3 Comms Timeout

Anybody experiencing communication timeouts with AE 3.1.3? Seems to happen if it's idle for a while, have to close AE & have to reselect the ports when re-opened. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, even re-downloaded the software.

I've had loss of communication requiring a restart of the Axe FX II while using the preset manage tool within axe edit. I also noticed axe edit seems a little sluggish and slower than previous versions
 
I uninstalled and reinstalled the USB driver and that seems to have resolved my problem.
