Advice on harsh vocals

So I really want to add some harsh vocals to some of the stuff I'm writing, and I thought I'd ask for some advice. My favourite vocalists in this vein are Mike Armine and Eric Kalsbeek. A clearer example of this (less music, more vocals) would be 9.28 here:

I'm not really looking for resources on growling i.e. Opeth, Scar Symmetry etc but more in this aggressive 'this guy is pissed off' way. Any advice?

Thanks

If you want to learn how to growl/scream without losing your Voice, you should checkout Angela Gossow (Former Arch Enemy Shoutress) I read that she had a made a Pretty good workout Video about the proper technique ...

Her style is really not what I'm after though

Also look for "The Zen of Screaming" vol 1 and 2.

Those videos are terrible, it's just one long advertisement for her.
