Advice for setting up intro to Stronger by Kelly Clarkson

This is probably not a typical genre request here on the forum, but...I need to cover this song. I'm not sure if what I'm hearing on the intro could be accomplished with the axe sequencer, or multi-delay, or what. Any advice to point me in the right direction would be appreciated. I listened to it... IMHO, If anybody would know how to pull it off, my bet would be on Simone (or possibly Yek). They usually have the technical chops for this type of thing.

Thanks for the reply, Sharka. I'm not sure how to use the sequencer yet, so... I started with Fremen's The Wall to get the nice filter swirl in the background (Much love, Fremen. You're incredible man, really!), then altered the delay time/tempo and appropriate mix, then lowered reverbs and all to taste. It'll fly, and it sounds kinda cool, but I'm guessing this would be a helluva lot better and more accurate with the sequencer. Just don't have the chops with it yet, and I'm not sure what to attach it to, the delay maybe, tremelo...idk. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
