Wish Add modifier capability to Metronome volume(s)

Modifier would not be possible as of actual architecture metronome is not a block's parameter and it's stored in global parameters...

Well then, this wish implies a change to the metronome architecture... I don't know how it is implemented, but the tempo is stored per preset, I guess the volume could also be stored per preset and open to modifiers. The metronome could be maybe included in the controller block?
