Fixed Add FullRes option for importing .wav and .ir files into AxeEdit

We currently only have the options for NormalRes and UltraRes for importing .wav and .ir files in AxeEdit. Can we get a FullRes option as well. I've got a bunch of convolution reverb .wav impulses I'd love to be able to use in the Scratchpad slots of my MK1.

I'd like to import fullres IRs bought from valhalla into scratchpad in fullres format and not ultrares format

Yep, when you drag them in they are Purple like UltraRes cabs and not Green like FullRes ones and they get truncated to UltraRes length.

.syx FullRes cab files import fine. It's .wav and .ir files that get truncated on the MK1.
