Adam A7X high and low shelf filter

Just got a pair of the A7X's and was wondering what others are setting the high and low shelf filter settings? Or do you run them flat?
 
Flat, unless your room needs the correction.

You want them to be as accurate as possible, so you can tell if you need to adjust the highs and lows etc of the material your inputting to them.
 
Typical the low cut is for if you have to position your monitors very close to a wall by the way. Helps account from the sound reflecting back off the wall and giving a bit of a perceived bass boost
