Active Xitone 1x12 help and dealer/price

Ok, I've looked quite a bit at upgrading from a QSC K10, and I have 2 questions:

1. How much of a difference will I hear between K10 and a Xitone?

2. What is the cheapest price for the Xitone's and where can I get one? I can't seem to find an actual price, other than the "official" msrp price.

1) I tried a K12 (but never a K10) and found it to be 'ok'.
I tried a XiTone and really liked it. I already own a RCF NX12, so it was a tough decision to buy the XiTone and sell the RCF, because they were like Coke and Pepsi to me. Although I would recommend the XiTone over the K10, it's hard to predict how much better YOU may like the XiTone over the K10.

2) Your best bet is to go to their website and email them (Mick). It's a small shop and Mick provides outstanding customer service. You may also be able to find one on the used market....via the Forum's - 'For Sale' section.
