active preset when powering up Axe FX

When I power up my AXE Fx ultra, it always defaults to preset #89 no matter which preset I had active when powering off the unit... does anyone know how to change the default preset when powering up the unit? i would have assumed the last preset to be used prior to powering off would be active but cannot seem to figure out how to get this...

I have had the unit for years and am just now noticing this...

I think mine defaults to the last preset I played with. Which I think is different than the last one that I worked with in Axe edit.
