AC Circuit into EL34's

Stopped by the 3rd Power shop in Nashville the other day and played their Dream AC, killer AC style amp...but they run it into an EL34 power section. Tons of chime and bite but a bigger/rounder low end. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the Boutique/Matchless Chieftain in the Axe is the same idea, but that amp has always sounded small to me for some reason. Is there a way to change the power section of one of the other AC amps to mimic what 3rd Power is doing? I know I can change the tube type, but if I remember correctly, there has to be other settings changed as well for it to actually behave the way it should.

Tweak transformer match

Just use the ole ears or should I shoot for certain values?

Lower settings on transformer match open up the sound & can make them sound bigger. Higher settings are more compressed.

Yeah, I just didn't know if there were settings that "matched" EL34's
