Implemented Able to solo cabs and/or output block

Now that we have EPIC cab blocks that can mix IR's it would be nice to be able to cue/solo each one that you mix in so you can have an idea of how each one sounds and mix to taste just like a mixing board.

Same for the output block in being able to mix and pan the various inputs going into it. I have 2 amps that are panned hard right and left going into the output block and i woudl like to CUE/SOLO them so they are centered and i can adjust as needed

i think you can Solo the cab slots currently.

You have that now. Check out the Mute/Solo parameter.
