Ability to Select Sequencer Step with FC Controller

It would be cool to be able to use an FC foot switch to select a step in the sequencer modifier.

For example one could use the sequencer to control delay feedback, or amp gain and use a foot switch to go from a low value, a medium value or a high value. This could work just like scene controllers do but could be used independently of scenes.
