A way to automate loading FullRes IRs on the Mark I?

Is there a way to automate loading a group of up to 16 FullRes IRs to the scratchpad memory slots?

I’m thinking that when starting a new session with the AFX III Mark I the user could use some utility, either 3rd party (PC / Mac) or maybe a part of Axe-Edit, that would upload a group of FullRes IRs to scratchpad slots.

Can this be done?

Like a permanent scratchpad folder for axe edit? Like the Block Library, but with automated loading upon startup?

Maybe part of "Manage Cabs" in Axe Edit. Loading a group of files to the Scratchpad instead of a User slot.
