A new original of mine (work in progress)

This is work in progress, so please apologise if it doesn't have a perfect structure or anything.

I admit the chorus is very commercial, sorry to be commonplace :O)

The Synth theme is a NordLead I (yeah still had one of those lying around)

This is made with two guitars, but no double tracking or anything, all is the same sound on Axe/VHT2502 with an SM57 in front of the G12H30. Volume was a maybe 2xnormal TVish levels.

SG with BareKnuckle ColdSweats, on the picking parts in the middle I use the neck with volume dialed back quite a bit (the SG has Hamer Pots, so it's very transparent).

IMHO the guitar comming in on 0.23 has too much low end to fit in the mix, just my 2 cent.

Thanks, that's valid feedback. I put it quite loud in the mix as there is no bass done yet, but indeed, I should add a hipass on that one once I am adding the bass!
