I hope you all don't mind, but I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone here, and especially Cliff & his sales and support team. The level of commitment, customer and peer support is just amazing.
I became a FAS owner in Dec 2015, and I now have an XL+, MFC101, and an AX8 - and I have NEVER regretted my investment, not even for one second. Over the last year+ I've had all kinds of technical questions, and have encountered a very small nitpicky (ie: nothing out of spec) hardware issue that FAS graciously handled swiftly and completely with no questions asked. Every technical and educational question I've asked has been answered 100%.
This week I bought a BOSS FS-6 footswitch and was having trouble with the momentary vs latching thing, and sure enough, the answer was right here in the forum - so I thought I'd take a minute to thank you guys. So THANK YOU!!
