Seems to me to be a one trick pony, and not a very impressive trick at that. There's not a snowballs chance in hell I'm gonna screw up the face of my Martin D-35 to mount that thing.
Interesting! But a very niche item. It's not like the Moog Guitar is lighting the MI world on fire either.
Guitar players are so traditional. It's odd when you think of the industry, every year there are new guitars, amps, pedals.. but virtually all guitar products are either 50+ year old designs, or new products designed to more easily create / capture those same old 'classic' sounds. Even the Axe-Fx, we all consider it advanced technology but what do most of us use it for? To re-create the same old guitar rigs as accurately as we can. It's what sells.
