Hello Folks,

I was wondering if there is such a thing  As there many tips like:

  • Turn down Speaker compression to 0
  • Find your cabinet speaker's Low resonance frequency
etc...

Turn off power amp modeling if you are using a tube power amp within the FM3
Many of us have found we prefer the tones when we leave the power amp modeling ON in this scenario. It depends of course on the power amp, the amp model you're working with, and your personal preferences, but with my Egnater Tweaker, the power amp modeling brings my FM3 to life and gives me be much more of the character of the amps being modeled. The Tweaker power amp, by Bruce's design, is a relatively transparent amp to support the various preamp tweaks available. At the same time, it imparts a nice tube warmth and being an actual amp and cab 'in the room', delivers a great 'amp in the room' experience. Definitely worth trying both approaches.
