4CM Noise Gate routing

Hey there everyone. I'm currently using the FM3 with a victory Super Kraken with the four cable method technically five. But that being said, I was wondering if what is happening in this Instagram clip is possible to do with the FM3 in terms of routing? Because I do get quite a bit of gain noise from the victory head with my 4cm setup

Place gate/exp block after Input 2 block, set sidechain select parameter to input 1.

Place gate/exp block after Input 2 block, set sidechain select parameter to input 1.

The long explanation is that since you can set your gate's detector to react to any input, you don't need to worry about the convoluted routing necessary to do this in real life.

As described above, place the gate after your Input 2 block (i.e. immediately after the send from your amp), and then cue the sidechain to detect off of Input 1, (your raw guitar signal), then tweak until happy.
